スーパーのレジ袋

サウスベイに住んでいる者です。
最近、スーパー（ターゲット等も含む）でレジ袋が有料になりました。
お店によって値段は違いますが一袋10セントぐらいです。
元々買い物にはエコバッグを使っているので問題ないのですが、ただスーパーのレジ袋はいろんなことに活用できて便利でした。（無料でしたし）

有料になったのでどうせだったら何十袋とまとめ買いしたいのですが、どうせならレジで一袋10セントで購入するより、まとめて安く買えればと思っています。
そこでターゲットやホームセンターなどに行きスーパーのレジ袋タイプが売ってるか探しているのですが、なかなか見つかりません。

売ってるのは大容量タイプの大型のトラッシュ袋ばかりで、あのスーパーのレジ袋サイズで取っ手のついてるタイプの袋が見つかりません。
どこに行けば売ってますでしょうか？
