市内在住で自己所有の持ち家のない従業員の方、市外在住の従業員の方それぞれでご活用いただけます。
（※令和5年12月磐田市調べ）
○対象者
全員が39歳以下の世帯または中学生以下が同居している世帯で市内既存住宅を取得し、リフォーム工事等を行って居住される方
※既存住宅は、人が住んだことがある戸建ての住宅で、現に使用していないまたは3か月以内に使用しなくなるものをいいます
○補助対象
建物購入費の10分の1
リフォーム経費の2分の1
除去費の2分の1（相続して建替えのみ）
○補助限度額
移住（市外から）150万円、定住（市内で転居）100万円
○要件
既存住宅（空き家）を活用すること
10年以上、定住すること
市内に持ち家がないこと
事業着手前に申請すること
