発生場所：与左衛門
発生状況：70代男性宅の固定電話の留守番電話に「総務省です。お宅の電話関係の通信が切れてしまいます」とメッセージが残されていた。
普段から留守番電話にし、知らない番号からの電話には出ないようにしていたため、電話には出ず、その後警察に相談した。
