発生日時：2月15日（木）午前11時頃〜16日（金）
発生場所：藤枝市内
発生状況：2月15日午前11時頃、70代女性の携帯電話に総合通信局を名乗り「携帯電話が不正契約されています」と電話がかかってきた。
その後、北海道警察本部・検察庁を名乗る電話が連続してかかり、「あなたのお金が犯罪に使用されているか確認するため、警察が管理する口座にお金を振り込んで」と言われた。話を信じた女性はお金を振り込んでしまった。
その後、再びお金の振り込みの電話がかかってきたので不安に思い、家族に相談し、サギ被害に気づいた。
